I recently had the pleasure of working with NextGen Restoration for a roof repair project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project, their team was friendly, responsive, and attentive to my needs. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured that I was satisfied with the results. Just had my roof replaced on my home and garage Nextgen restoration was at my home early for the roof replacement as we didn’t, know if the rain would hold up or not. Brandon Pierce was there and made sure the crew finished the job, and we got dry weather for the day.
From the minute, they arrived on my property and discussed The damage that was done to my home from a severe hail storm, they were polite, professional and very knowledgeable in the work they do. They met with my insurance adjuster the following day and got approval to have all of the work done that was needed. We worked with David from NexGen to pick out colors and materials for the repairs.
