“Where do I even begin? Vivian has been doing my hair since I was 4 years old, and I had the pleasure of working with her on my wedding day. Talk about a full circle experience. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work she did. She encapsulated my vision PERFECTLY- and wasn’t satisfied until I was satisfied. We did some trial & error and she eventually assembled the most perfect (trendy and classic at the same time) bun. It looked SO good in pictures, and somehow the face-layering strands maintained their structure throughout the entire day…which was a miracle. However, that wasn’t the first miracle Viv performed that week. Earlier that week, I went in to get my hair colored. I provided Vivian with a picture of the warm, blonde color that I wanted. She matched the color perfectly (as she does) and it looked great. However, I had a full on PANIC attack later that night because the color didn’t feel like “me.” (For all you Brides out there- don’t deviate from your typical color 4 days before your wedding. Or maybe that’s obvious to everyone except me LOL). Vivian immediately put me at ease & had me come in first thing the next morning to re-color it. After 3 hours and a Hail Mary, the color came out perfect and I felt like “me” again. God bless Vivian for dealing with my Bridezilla ways that week! I’ve been working with Vivian for essentially my entire life, and I have no plans on stopping. Thank you, Vivian, for being the absolute best.She also did my Mom & Sisters’ hair- they looked stunning. And special shout out to John and Jolene for doing an AMAZING job with the Bridal Party! Every single person was thrilled with their hair. Not a single adjustment was made across the whole group!“

“Ahhh! Jess was incredible. My last haircut (not at this salon) was rough, so I haven’t had a cut in 9+ months and was nervous. The service from when you walk in the door to when you leave is great—friendly, providing, comforting, etc. Jess took the time to talk through what I wanted, what would work with my hair texture and face shape, and she went through exactly what she was going to do and how much hair would be cut/trimmed. She was way more an expert about my hair than I was by the time I left. Conversation was great, too! Made sure to schedule my return visit, and looking forward to it!“

He's one of the very few who have cut my hair and I haven't had to come home and fix bangs or trim places I found out after rewashing that weren't right. I showed him a bit different haircut I wanted and he voiced that he liked that cut better on me which I valued. He was very patient trying to trim my one year olds hair (first haircut) and saved a bit of hair for me in case I wanted to keep it. Ended up spending way less than we thought for all 4 of us. “I was visiting NE Ohio when COVID first started. My short scheduled visit lasted 91 days & I desperately needed a haircut and color. I am VERY, VERY picky about my short haircut & tried not to panic while I searched google for a master stylist who used Davines products. (I only use Davines products!). When I saw her website & the pictures of the Davines retail products she carried, I knew I found my new hairdresser for when I visited Ohio. We chatted on the phone and we clicked! I made my first appointment & was delighted with the entire experience! The bonus was all of the many compliments I received from family & friends! Denise is a master stylist who specializes in natural looking hair color. She is a single operator/owner who uses a medical grade purifier at all times. That first appointment was 3 1/2 years ago. I have since moved back to Ohio and have appointments with Denise every 4 weeks for the last 2 1/2 years. I look forward to our time together & the great cut and color I receive at each and every appointment. Denise does not disappoint!“
