She truly has a gift and her attention to details, especially with improvements to better the customer experience were an added touch ! At first, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but had a couple pictures for ideas and asked for her help in what she thinks would look best. She took the time to understand the look I wanted and even throughout the process would clarify and confirm certain lengths and colors I was hoping to get! The open communication was great! “Took our 19 month old son for his first haircut with Kate S. She was perfect. Very patient while he warmed up to her and she tried a bunch of little tricks to get him to be comfortable. He sat through the whole haircut - which she did by hand with scissors not clippers- and barely fussed. The end result was so well done. We really appreciated how she took the time to understand his hair texture and created a perfect cut to keep some of his natural curls. They also gave a cute little certificate with an envelope of some of his curls. Overall was an amazing experience and we will be back!”

Staying at the Marriott Key Tower, easy to get to you on the third floor seamless registration answering a few questions on an iPad. Typical registration. Spa is clean. I really dig spa professionals with a personality and Fara smashed it! My skin feels fantastic and I enjoyed the service and her professionalism. Super great way to kick off the morning. Worked out after at the gym same floor just waiting for him to finish his meetings so we get our weekend back!”
