The place was nice and clean and my braids are professional and neat and to finish my hair they worked as a team I absolutely love my hair and recommend getting you hair braided here ! I will be back !

Tina braided my hair. She's fast and efficient. I only went twice. The first time, my hair was so pretty. The second time, I think it was the hair, maybe. The only thing is the second time around, she didn't braid down far enough. It was too much of the braiding hair left out. I get braids to cut down on how much time I spend doing my hair since I have a very busy schedule. I'm not sure why there was so much hair left out. That's why the 4 stars. This hair will be very hard to take out this go round. Other than that, it's a nice place to go in a pinch, and it's clean.Update: Thank you for responding. The shop was a tad bit cold that day but it did eventually warm up via shop owner troubleshooting with the thermostat, overall good customer service, the hair products used were a bit heavy, suggestion to consider other lightweight hairstyling products, this was my 1st time getting knotless braids by Ms. Tina, she did a good job because the braids are lightweight, manageable and the braids are beautiful. Thank you.
