I would like to begin with saying that the Cleveland clinic has gone down the tubes. It is a really unfortunate situation as it wants used to be an amazing facility with top-notch care. Definitely not the case at all anymore. It is just like every other healthcare facility. They are not a stand-up facility. They stink and they have terrible scheduling and ability to contact physicians. If you need to, It is near impossible- but I do want leave a positive review for the bath campus.
I have had multiple MRIs along with bloodwork and other scans. Everybody in the radiology department is excellent. I have not one single complaint at all.

The reality of this place is that you may wait but compared to the main hospitals...it's quicker, cleaner and more personal. I have been here twice.
But on my latest visit...
I got here at 430pm out at 730 with bloodwork and prescriptions made.
The people were pleasant, professional and I felt that they cared in my two visits.
I'd do 5 stars but I RARELY GIVE those.
Maybe if I go a third time and it's still good I'll give them five.
Sitting in a bed in the ER as I type. I didn’t have to wait one minute to get in they took me back as soon as I finished with the front desk. All the staff has been great and I’m very happy I came here vs going to main Akron General and likely waiting hours and hours to be seen. For what it’s worth it sounds like Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday mornings aren’t as busy usually
