We were concerned about possible hail damage and the representative came to our house and climbed up and inspected the complete roof. Instead of being pushy and telling us we had to have a new roof, he told us the roof wasn't damaged and it had another 10 years on it. How refreshing! When its time to replace it, we will be using the Restoration Guys. Honest people right there.
Hired Restoration Guys after another company decided they didn't want to replace my gutters after coming and making an estimate and not getting back to me for 2 weeks then told me they couldn't do it. I called Restoration guys and Frank came right away and took the job. He even kept the estimate from the other company. It took a little time (because of our crazy Ohio weather) but Mike came out and did the work, cleaned up and my gutters look great! Highly recommend this company! Thanks Frank and Mike (installer). Had a patch of shingles blow off in the most recent storm. Called these guys and had Erich come out the next 2 days. Was able to fix everything that day!! Most importantly than the roof getting repaired was his communication and service was top notch. I truly wish there were more people out there like Erich, the world would be a much better place. Thanks for making the experience amazing!
