I recently had my roof done by Mr. Roof Cleveland. Their representative who came and inspected my roof and gave me the quote was very kind and courteous. In no time at all they had all the supplies and a team ready to remove my old roof and install the new one. It only took them a day to get the job done! Unfortunately it seemed the crew did not do a good job cleaning up the nails. I have 3 dogs and within a day of install my dog stepped on a nail. I was able to walk around my home and see nails all over within feet of my front and back door. However, I reached out to the company and they not only covered our vet bills but they ensured me they would come out and clean up the nails. I believe they did however, I was still able to find a large amount of nails afterwards. Overall I felt the company really cared about the project but the team of roofers that they contracted did not seem to care about the safety of my dogs with the cleaning up of the nails.
