Outstanding customer service. I read every review before I called for a a quote. They have a great selection of liner samples to look over and are experts in design and matching your needs to the right equipment. What mattered most to me was the open communication from start to finish. My only regret was not getting the ball moving sooner and scheduling a consultation for our liner repair and equipment updates. We waited until last October and had some issues getting the pool measured and winterized before the leaves began to fall. This has been by far the best customer service experience I've ever had. I was dealing with a challenging backyard that had a steep slope, and I knew a traditional in-ground pool just wasn’t going to work, especially not at the typical inground pool price tag price. I walked into the store expecting very few options, but to my surprise, the manager listened closely to my concerns and offered a unique pool solution that I hadn't seen at any of the big box retailers. The optimum pool is by far superior to any big box retailers if you have a challenging backyard yard.

From design to completion, Bob and company made the entire new install process very easy. He was able to offer design suggestions based on years of installation experience that have contributed to the comfort and ease of use of our pool. The wet weather this year was a challenge for a spring install, but Bob kept us updated throughout the process. His communication was and continues to be excellent. We had a couple of very minor unforeseen situations that needed addressed during construction, a vein of sand that required removal and additional gas line work.
