Long time patient, my family and I have been coming here for years. Very friendly staff, willing to listen and work with you on a treatment plan and get you in quickly whenever there is an emergency. We’ve had great experiences with braces and routine dental procedures. They are not pushy and give you the information so you can make the decision that is right for you!

We will not be returning. I made a genuine effort to support this local business in Valley City, but this ended up being an extremely frustrating and concerning experience.
From the beginning, the front desk interaction felt high-pressure, with an expectation to commit to services and payment before I had adequate time to review or consider my options. The billing process was not clearly explained and turned out to be inconsistent. I was told there would be a discount for paying at the time of my appointment, but I later received additional charges due to what was described as an “underestimate.”
I was also sent duplicate bills for charges I had already paid. After calling and being told my balance was settled, I was surprised to later receive a collections notice for those same amounts. Having a collections notice issued under those circumstances was both alarming and unacceptable.
I ultimately had to contact the Avon location to get the issue resolved, where a staff member was able to assist me promptly—something I had been unable to accomplish through the original office despite multiple attempts.
While the dentist and hygienists were personable, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional at times, and the office did not appear to be well-coordinated. Communication with insurance was also a significant issue. In one case, I was told a claim had been denied and paid the balance, only to later find out the insurance company had been waiting on information from the office for an extended period.
Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to carefully review all billing and insurance communications and to document everything when receiving care here.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming team that truly makes you feel comfortable. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work.

One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to get an appointment. They do an amazing job getting patients in quickly without long wait times, which is so rare these days. The entire experience is always smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a dental office that is friendly, professional, and truly cares about giving you the best care possible, this is the place to go. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!
