The salon itself seems to be lacking in leadership.
Although the owner is professional and looks good and always says hello.
Sometimes I am wondering if some of these stylist just rolled out of bed and went to work. The salon needs a good cleaning too!

“I love going to Docere for cooltone and coolsculpting. I see Joelle, and she is an absolute delight. She is very informed, helpful, and a total professional. She regularly goes out of her way to ensure that every client is educated and receives top of the line services. I have also seen Kathy for microneedling and she is extremely personable and professional as well! The front desk staff are always very helpful and accommodating. I have been seeing Giulianna (Jules) more recently as she trains with Joelle and have found her to be wonderful also. I highly recommend Docere!“

“I've had a few perms done here before and they turned out great. My stylist was really great and honest with me and took her time and listened to me. The last time she suggested not to get a perm because of the health of my hair and the curl that was still left and took her time and did her best to style my hair and cut it. I wish I lived closer. “This is a salon where each chair is operated by the individual stylist. They each have their own hours within the open hours of the actual salon. They each have their own products used for clients. Everyone is very friendly. Parking is right outside the door.“
