Robin did my hair for the first time today. Best haircut and style I've had in years. Robin is a breath of fresh air. She is very personable. Last time I had anyone in this area style my hair this well I lived in Chicago.. We are fortunate to have such talent in Utica.. A most enjoyable experience.

Absolutely recommend. I have young boys and this is the only barber we’ve come across that has a waiting area and toys for young kids. My oldest sits great, but my youngest has a difficult time at the barbers. The staff at Chad’s does a great job working with him and they’re very patient. We always leave more than pleased and will continue coming back. Very, very reasonably priced as well.
The owner is amazing, very down to earth, and knows what she is doing. Very open about her dogs and very knowledgeable! The whole family is truely humble and kindThe property is well-kept and so is the dog kennel. If you ask she tells you how much exercise all the dogs get and they are on a rotation to have family time inside the home. The pups have an awesome set up plenty of room to play and be desensitized, the list goes on with that she does with her dogs and pups!!When I got my pup I got a binder with everything in it, vet records, disc with Xrays, AKC reunite ( the owner even microchips them), the contract, pup care sheet, and AKC papers. I've never bought a pup with this much care and thought process and all of my dogs in my home are AKC one german shepherd from another breeder and a basset hound and neither of them came with anything but the form to register.This experience was truely amazing highly recommended the breeder.
They came in on Easter Sunday to help our puppy and took the best care of him for us. I cannot be more thankful for everyone there!

I left the area in 2011. I had my wonderful Maggie put down in 2010. Erich and his father took care of all my pets over many years. They boarded them, cared for them, and truly loved them. Erich had the sad job of putting down my Maggie (a beautiful and sweet English setter). We arrived and Maggie comfortably went into the reception area. Erich came out, sat down, and Maggie got into his lap. Yes, my pets were always comfortable at Ramseyer’s. Erich took us I’d back and gently put Maggie to sleep… Erich cried with us that day. He is the best of the best. I love Erich and his father for the love they gave to my pets and to my family.
