Sarah is absolutely wonderful to work with. She gets to know you and puts together a training plan that is right for you. She is friendly and has a positive attitude that is contagious. Every workout is different and challenging. I can’t imagine training with anyone else.

I've been with this company for three years and there's no comparison to the dedication and level of attention given by coach Sarah. She owns and operates the gym, giving you everything she's got! She has the skill and knowledge to help anyone meet the goals they want to achieve. Her nutrition knowledge is top notch. I've learned and achieved so much. Thank you Sarah!!!!!P.S. Shakti Fit is the BEST! The owner, Sarah, and all of the yoga instructors are so wonderful. I have been going to Shakti Fit for about 5 years, I always have a great experience. There are so many different styles of yoga taught here and the scheduled class times are convenient. I often take more than one class a day during the week. Sarah offers so much more than yoga classes. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio- check it out, try a class or two and you'll be hooked!
