Temp & given a squirt of hand sanitizer at door was directed right to my designated area after signing in on a kiosk I had about a 10 minute wait chairs was blocked off to give a 6 ft distance In and out within 20 minutes!!! Thank goodness it was my day off and I damn sure didn't want to spend it all day in there!!!

So nice, so patient centered! Brought David in last night with chest pain and slurred speech. He was seen quickly and gently. Everyone was actively concerned with his well-being. I was able to stay with him until he was transferred downtown to a bed. Remember: Pandemic Era visitation is a bit like post 9-11 airport protocol. Those things we took for granted are no longer possible. Be kind and understanding while advocating for yourself and your loved ones. You will likely be able to stay in the ER, at Green, and you will need to be on a list to gain access to the hospital room, if the patient is transferred to a room. David has had three strokes and two heart attacks...read full review
