There’s never been a rush where I have to wait to do the exercise I want. The owner Marcus and the rest of the staff are super friendly and want to see you kill every workout. They offer cheap but effective training programs, and personal training options. As an added bonus, it’s tucked away in the art district of Dayton so it has a unique atmosphere.“
“I work a very labor intensive job and have came here three times now to relieve aches and pains. It’s well worth it. If you’re in the same line of work I’m in a deep tissue massage is what I recommend personally but I haven’t tried anything else because that one seems to do the trick. Thank you Tyme To Heal“
