Irene is truly a wizard of her craft - I don't generally write reviews, but this one needed to be written. From the moment she started the massage, I could tell that I was in the hands of someone that is truly skilled. her technique was great- frim yet gentle, addressing all the tension and knots in my body with an intuitive touch. I lost track of time as she worked her magic! I could not recommend this enough! She even gave me some stretches to try to ease tension until my next appointment.

This was my first time going to Mindful massage, and it was just an overall great experience, Irene was kind and professional the room was very clean and relaxing!! Can’t wait for my next massage!!?

I come in from out of state to visit family twice a year and Mindful Massage & Body is an essential requirement of my stay. Ronda has an impeccable memory, skill, and knowledge of her client's needs and sensitivities. I appreciate both her consistent strength and her attention to details where she can hone in on a specific muscle group, etc. My favorite part is when she wants to try out a new technique or stretch and allows me to give her honest feedback good, bad or indifferent. She is passionate about quality care and providing a personalized experience specifically suited to her client's requests.
