My inspector was very thorough and took the time to check everything. He went above and beyond while also giving very helpful feedback and suggestions. The report was done very detailed and efficiently, while also taking the time during inspection to review all the photos and things he saw.
Great Inspection, very nice and communicative gentleman we were 3 people asking questions and he was very good at answering
and explaining as he addressed each one of us I thank him for his
professional and experienced way of performing his inspection.
I feel very fortunate to have had PRC recommended for my home inspection. Scott was on time for our appointment and was extremely knowledgable and professional. He spent longer than he probably should have explaining his findings and made sure to stress the difficulties in fixing things due to the construction style. I'm so glad to have found such a thorough inspector and plan to only use PRC for any future needs.
