Darin DeRosa was the Field Inspector who provided the diagnosis of our foundational issue. Darin was professional and highly qualified to perform the inspection and provide expert information to us.
While the news was not what we wanted to hear, Darin gave us a detailed explanation and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also provided a solution that is the most minimally invasive which we appreciated.
I want to mention that Darin also explained the long-term effects of what could happen if we choose not to move forward with the repairs.

I’ve known Mike Kacprzynski for a long time, and he’s someone I genuinely trust. He’s dependable, easy to count on, and takes real pride in his work. His work ethic is outstanding, and I know that when Mike is involved, the job will be done the right way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing basement or foundation work.
