From the beginning, the experience is like visiting a spa! She serves a drink of choice (if desired), curates music to your liking and has a private aesthetic studio with a beautiful view! She truly has a gift and her attention to details, especially with improvements to better the customer experience were an added touch ! At first, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but had a couple pictures for ideas and asked for her help in what she thinks would look best. She took the time to understand the look I wanted and even throughout the process would clarify and confirm certain lengths and colors I was hoping to get! The open communication was great! Not only was she super, sweet and lovely to talk with, but she also does TONS of her own research and trainings to constantly learn new techniques and improve her skills while also learning the deeper science and styling techniques! I was amazed at all the great tips she shared with me! Not to mention, she focuses on using the safest, organic and vegan products that further curate a luxurious experience!!!
