I’m sure it’s not always possible, but every time I call with a pinched nerve, it feels like they do everything in their power to get me in the same day and it’s SO appreciated. They got me through my pregnancy sciatica and now have helped me with a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade. I will ALWAYS recommend this chiropractor to everyone I know. 10/10 care every time and amazing availability for urgent situations. (Colleen at the front desk is amazing, too. I love Dr. Shelby , I’ve never felt so much better !! The receptionist is also very nice, she is always ready to check you in as soon as you arrive. There’s barely ever a wait time , my Appointments start promptly at the scheduled time. Highly recommended

From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Offered to check my insurance coverage and worked with me on scheduling. Dr. Shelby was even kind enough to extend her day and fit me in after her last scheduled patient. She was amazing and made sure any questions I had were answered. Overall a great first experience visiting a chiropractor and will definitely be back. I am already feeling relief after my first appointment. Highly recommend!
