I recently purchased an ac/furnace bundle online that didn't come with the appropriate installation manual. The installers were clueless and about to leave for the night on a humid 87°F night. I called their after hours line and got in contact with their contractor company Brock Air Products (not the company I ordered the unit/package through). The owner, Kevin made additional calls and worked with me and the installers until we figured out the issues (over 2 hours). If it weren't for him and his company I would have a sweaty/cranky family. I hope I don't run into any other problems with this unit/package, but if I do, I'm definitely calling Brock Air Products!
