Since moving into our home 3 years ago, we have used Edington for all our HVAC needs. Each time they have been prompt, knowledgeable, and fair in their pricing and service.Recently we needed to have our 14 year old heat pump system replaced. Edington provided several quotes and options for replacement units. After getting second opinions on if I really needed to replace the whole unit (air handler/outside unit), I found Edington to be correct on the assessment of work required and they had a fair price.The quality of work preformed was fantastic. Edington heating and cooling installed our new Bosch heat pump system to replace the original A/C unit they installed at our house when we moved here in 1995. This was a duel-fuel install requiring retrofit of the heat pump system to work in tandem with my existing natural gas furnace. Their professional sales and technical staff advised on the right solution, products and quick and seamless installation. The county development team audited the installation after completion. All requirements were passed on the first inspection. I have been a satisfied Edington customer since 1995 and will continue to work with them in the future.Services: Heating system installation

Dan communicates quickly and explains everything in detail. Nicely accommodated my service date change needed. Joel serviced and again everything explained in detail.
