Zepf Center - SASI is a large facility with a lot of help and opportunities. It is a good place to start for recovery. The psychiatric urgent care at the Ashland location is helpful for those having a mental health crisis, offering understanding care and setting patients up with a psychiatrist for ongoing medication management. The crisis support unit provides personable and honest support, with staff who celebrate little victories and speak on a calm, casual level. Clients have used Zepf for primary care, psychiatry, DBT therapy, DBT skills group, case management, and job development. The team treats clients with respect, listens, and pushes them to improve. Zepf and the team of clinicians have saved lives.
There is one person that I personally am rating 5 stars because ever since I got there she has been very nice, has more manners than royalty, and a lot of others feel the same. She donated food clothes and helped me out when I was in need. Don't take kindness for weakness though if you pull up with bad energy? That energy will be reciprocated in a more than professional manner!!! Shout out to the best secretary there!!! Jodi!!!!! Thank you for everything! The people appreciate you!!! Heart of Gold.
