Let me start by giving some background information. I LOVE YOGA! I've been doing yoga well over a decade and only wish I had found it earlier in my life. I earned by 200 hours teacher certification about 3 years ago from a wonderful local studio. I lived at that studio for a year, going to class 5 days a week. Then COVID. The studio went virtual and 3 things happened - I got used to the convenience of doing yoga at home, I redecorated and made my own home studio, and the local studio stopped offering the classes I loved while discontinuing their virtual classes. Absolutely amazing! This review is long overdue but I was simply trying to wait to be able to get pictures to add to the post. But as many of you may know who do yoga, you typically don't take your phone into the studio, so I always forget. So if you have not done yoga, it is an absolute must for your health and wellness routine! Toledo Yoga has the best, I mean THE BEST yoga Instructor's I have ever come in contact with. I have been coming to Toledo Yoga since about 2017 with some breaks in between. But the community and the culture are consistent. I'm a male "senior citizen ", which ,I admit, is not your typical yoga student. I have attended Toledo Yoga for two months and have found a very welcoming environment, excellent teachers, a wide variety of classes, and easy access online to information and class sign-up. I recommend Toledo Yoga without reservation.
