I am very pleased with the Woodland home I purchased a year ago. It is well built, using durable materials and great workmanship. There are many upgrades that add value to the house, as well as appeal to any homeowner. The design of the house is such that the orientation provides maximum natural light, while keeping energy costs low. The appliances are from reputable manufacturers and have excellent functionality, all working well, with great warrantees.

My experience with Woodland Custom Homes was exceptional from start to finish. Jon, the builder, stood out for his honesty and fairness. He communicated clearly about any and all pricing and adhered strictly to his quoted numbers… which allowed the home building process to be enjoyable and without surprises. The online software used to track the project timeline and overall costs was a fantastic tool, keeping us informed and minimizing any potential misunderstandings.
