She got the green out of my hair I dyed my hair purple it turned out a dark blue and I tried to get it out at home it was this green when I went in please excuse the make up on my shirt. I tried to get a picture of the highlights I didn't know I'd like (I thought I was going all blonde mentioned it before and at the appointment) I was also sad my hair didn't get straightened I had type 3c 3b curls (not like the pictures I took today)

I have seen a lot of great stylists at Ulta Salon but - SKYLER? let me tell you. This girl is the best. Beyond the best. She is so attentive, takes her time and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Truly making every appointment an experience. I have never been more in love with my hair and the stylist who takes care of it for me every one go to her - but don't take up all the appointments so I can still get in ?

Cleaning is great! I Believe they were short-steps cuz I had to go up to the register and ask for a person on the floor. Waited about 5 minutes or so and no one showed up. So just paid for what I had and left
