Awesome experience. Shiane is the best!! Curly girls go to her!Did a buzz undercut, hair trim, root touch up for my highlights, conditioning treatment and finished with style.Fit me in the same day while I was traveling so that was amazing. One of the only places willing to buzz an undercut and do color.Shiane was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! So friendly and really good at what she does. I came in with hair that was totally fried and it came out so nice, smooth, and strengthened. She completely understood the cut I wanted, took time to listen, and get the lines just right. After going here for several years (each appt costing $150+) my most recent experience was my last with them. I called to set up an appointment to show them my heat damage (from 3/4 weeks prior) and the manager told me a day and time. I showed up that day and time the manager was not in! I was able to talk with the stylist that damaged my hair, and she offered me a deep condition (on her own time and her own schedule). I came in for the conditioning and the manager was there, asking me “wasn’t your appointment the other day?” I respond “yes and you weren’t here so…” . I showed them both my heat damage (didn’t get a chance to show the uneven blunt cut)...read full review
