We had an emergency with our AC unit and Total Comfort Services, LLC came to the rescue. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their quick and reliable service.
Total Comfort Services, LLC provided excellent service. Their technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me concise answers to all of my inquiries. The cost of the repair was fair, and it was finished promptly. Such excellent service is hard to come by these days. I have complete faith in Total Comfort Services, LLC and heartily endorse them.
This is a true story- I have to say that bc this is pretty unbelievable. Previous to having Scott come to my house, I had 2 different people out who owned their own companies. They both told me I needed a new compressor, which means a new unit. There were red flags with both people that led me to believe I couldn't trust what they were saying. The 1st person actually damaged it so it wouldn't work. The 2nd person, after glancing at the unit, started to tell me that the 1st guy had damaged it, then switched it up. He told me I needed a new unit, it would be 4500$ and I absolutely had to get it done now bc next year it would be 10,000$. So both were suspicious,... read full review
