We bought our acrylic tub from New Bath approximately eight years ago. Justin was our installer, and he did a fantastic job. About a month ago we noticed some dark spots on the tub approximately seven or eight spots we thought was something to do with the acrylic messing up. I tried cleaning them and they would not go away. We called new Bath, and they got a hold of Justin, and he called immediately and came the next day. He said it looked like we had spilled something on there, but it was not an acrylic problem. He had some cleaner he used and it took just a few minutes, and it was just like new. We first learned about Toledo New Bath at the Wood Co Fair. We scheduled an in-home estimate to replace our cast iron tub enclosure with a shower. A designer came out the next week to show us different options for our installation. We had a slight wrinkle in our project because we wanted to replace our standard window with an obscured glass “picture window” and also needed the work completed in the next 3½ months. The designer said this would not be a problem and he would get us a price for the window and schedule the install. We replaced tub/shower surround with walk in shower also replacing flooring in main bathroom. In addition we replaced the shower in upstairs bathroom. Our installer was Nick and he was terrific. He explained the work , got our input and kept us informed on progress. The work done was exceptional and he left everything clean and spotless. Great job by Nick. Would highly recommend him.
