I saw Dr. Younsouk Yoon and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. The resident spent 30 minutes getting my medical history but I'm not sure Dr. Yoon looked at any of it. She looked at one data point on my sleep study and ignored everything else in my medical history and anything I tried to tell her. She talked over me and rolled her eyes. The whole experience was demoralizing and I still have no treatment for my severe sleep issues. If you have a choice to go to any other doctor and clinic, do so.

I like my doctor. However, I think the staff needs to be retrained or replaced. Perhaps they need additional staffing. They rarely answer their phones and rarely call you back when you leave a message. This shouldn't be. I'm perplexed and disappointed.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this office for ANYONE'S care!!!! After my last 2 appts NO ONE followed up with me or reached out to me regarding ordering equipment for my CPAP, as promised ALL THREE TIMES I CALLED THE OFFICE to check the status!!!!!! Finally spoke with the office manager, Ptyla......and TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!! She apologized but made no effort to rectify the situation. Highly disappointed, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!
