Tired of this merrygoround phone issue. No one ever answers. Just leave a message and expect a call back within 3 business days. I don't and won't live with my phone 24/7. And where did my regular pulmonologist go?
Office hours on Friday are supposed to be until 4 PM. I have called repeatedly since 3:20 and only got busy signals. I be suspect the office staff took all the phones off line so they could get out on time. This is a Pulmanologist office being able to call and get an appointment during there stated office hours is an important issue! I’m not very happy with not being able to get in contact with them. Even leaving a message is impossible.
The doctors are good, however after being told to contact him if a friend has any problems, I am meet with rudeness and unwillingness to help. We had an appointment scheduled for January and received a letter in the mail stating that the appointment had to be rescheduled. When calling for an appointment I was told that he didn't have any openings until September. This is totally unacceptable, HAVE DR. FERNANDEZ call me and tell me he is ok with us following up with someone other than himself, since I can't seem to get his staff to answer me.
