my experience was amazing! i came in as a walk-in while they were already working on other clients, but they really prioritized getting me in quickly! i barely waited for 5 min! i had 2 ladies work on my hair and both were great. i can’t recall the name of the one woman who washed + treated my hair, but kayla did my cut + styling. both ladies were so kind, held great conversation, and were very gentle! i told the lady who washed my hair that i’m tender headed, and she gave me the most relaxing wash i’ve had in a while LOL. i told kayla all about my hair concerns and my curiosity for trying new products, and she was so beyond helpful! my hair feels + looks amazing,...read full review
Very efficient and good price! I recommend showing them a picture of how you normally wear because they do a fantastic job recreating.
