Britney did an awesome job fixing my bad haircut I had before. I told her what I wanted and right away she explained what she was going to do and left my hair better than it was. She was friendly and professional. Thank you for saving my hair!

All the ladies just seem to really care. Me and my mom had our hair cut that day. Unfortunately I don't remember which day. However my mom haircut a little bit shorter than she thought. But it's okay because it'll grow back. It looks wonderful. My hair really needed trimmed and cut all the dead ends off because of bleaching and I'm really happy that the hairdresser really was like are you really prepared to lose as much as you need to. I respect that she asked me that question. I am very happy.
