I found that the furnace was shutting off within ten minutes of running my AC at a property I manage in Toledo. I'm based in Detroit so finding a reliable company was very important to me as I would need to travel over an hour to meet the technician onsite.
The technician Shamy sent out, George, was not only on time he also called/texted ahead of time to give me an eta as I requested when I scheduled the appointment. This may seem small but if you manage multiple properties and work with a large amount of contractors you know this is essential to planning your day.

We had some concerns about our air conditioning and had a quick response for service. Our system was checked out thoroughly and we were assured that our appliance was in good working condition. We appreciate such good service!
