Pura Vida Wellness Studio offers an amazing atmosphere, people, and connection. The studio is immaculate, and the classes are intimate, providing a no judgment zone. It is a loving, welcoming space to Heal & Be. The Kundalini class on Tuesdays is excellent, a wonderful space for blending healing movement & healing sound. The instructor is fantastic, an absolute inspiration, a beautiful soul and spirit. The welcoming approach includes having class introduce themselves. The class was not too difficult, gentle, and just what was needed.
