I had a wonderful trainer named Kyle. He taught me a lot. Unfortunately finance got in the way and I had to cancel my membership 😭

5* gym. Clean, well-maintained, many folks take advantage of add-on personal training. Cleaner, generally quiet except loud classes that adjoin the lifting area. Machines are generally kept in good repair. Airy, not cramped. Pricey. Does not participate in Silver-Sneakers-type programs. Believe pool is kept at or near therapy temperatures. Locker rooms are nicely maintained. Composition track is 14 laps per mile.

I am nearing my 71st birthday and had a knee replacement. Today was the start of my 4th week of PT. Jordan and Sarah have been fantastic and they have personalities that makes it a lot less of a chore to complete 45 minutes of rigorous therapy. I am already at zero extension and bending my knee is 115. I do a lot of at home PT, but when I’m at Total Fitness they have me doing things that bring results, that I can't get at home. They deserve the 5 stars I am giving them. Oh, and I like the atmosphere.

I'm in the pool for after back surgery therapy . Nice big clean pool and showers. Love the towels and hair dryers available to use...less to carry i !!

Wife was there for Cardiac Rehab., started having chest pains and shortness of breath. They told her directions to the nearest hospital

It is a very nice place for supervised fitness. The saltwater pool is helpful for physical ailments.

Nice place, has a sauna,steam room, pool, and massage in house... plenty of classes and work out gear..indoor track. Decent place

Great gym with lots of classes offered and good sized fitness center. The whole space feels new. Big locker room with well kept showers, sauna, and steam room. Love the classes and ability to sign up through the app. Reformer classes are great and worth the add on as well.

I've tried other gyms and none are as clean or have as many amenities. They have limited hours compared to other gyms, but it works for me.
