Mrs De De I believe is the nurse practitioner is really god sent. She may have saved my life or stopped me from doing a lot more damage, or going through some things I didn’t have to. If she wouldn’t have talk to me like she did in a relatable, clear, caring, and pressuring way I wouldn’t have went straight to the ER. Her staff also spoke up and said thing to make realize this is serious and I need to go now. I’m so thankful for her she will always be in my thoughts and heart. We need ppl like her. The effect she had on me is not just about health. It gave me clarity and perspective on life. On the exact things I’ve been working on this year.
Like everywhere else, they are short handed and the wait was very long. The people were very nice, though, and once I finally made it to the exam room it was a quick process and I was out in 5 minutes. Just be prepared for a long wait. Don get angry with the employees, is not their fault people don't want to work these days.
The staff and provider were excellent! My pcp (regular dr) didn’t have walk-in appointments and recommended I see urgent care. 30 min wait time. Pleasant staff on a busy evening. This location is the closest to my house and my work, this was my second time overall.
