The check in and wait time was quick, friendly and helpful. I went in because both ears have been hurting and was advised by my NP to be seen somewhere. The doctor asked a few questions, looked in my ears and said there was no fluid.She didn't feel if my glands were swollen or look up my nose . (I didnt think about asking her until i left ,because i am not feeling myself).The doctor was in the room for MAYBE 5 minutes. I give the staff a 4 star and the doctor a 1 star.I probably won't go back! UPDATE- I saw my NP the next day and I definitely had fluid in my ears. Was prescribed a few medications and my condition is getting better. Another reason to not go back there.
Terrible, terrible, terrible terriblePlz plz don’t come and waste your time, the only think they going to tell is go home and I will sent a medicine. Those people are not even doctors or nurse they don’t know anything
I don’t recommend anyone going to mercy health on king rd. I had a very high fever when I came in and left with a fever he was so rude all “he said was go home” he didn’t give me anything for fever or my body aches. I could tell that the nurse felt bad for me. I just wish I took the doctor’s name he was so rude.
