With quick availability and pleasant staff, including medical assistants, healthcare providers, and a blonde nurse practitioner, patients feel at ease during their appointments. The center's friendly and respectful team makes patients feel listened to and valued, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. The waiting room is clean and well-organized, with amenities such as charging cables and comfortable seating. The staff are competent, caring, and wonderful women who are helpful, comforting, and make patients feel safe and cared for. They even offer juice and fruit snacks.
Recently had my nexplanon replaced at this location, and the staff was wonderful. I expressed to my care team that I have a fear of needles, and was terrified for the whole process. In response, they did their best to calm me down, and walked me through what was going to happen. I couldn’t feel a thing other than the initial numbing shot. They also let me stay in the room for a little bit afterwards so I could make sure I was all good to sit up and leave! Will 100% be coming back.
I have never been in a medical establishment more beautiful, well operated, and beautifully staffed with competent, caring people! Not only were my medical needs met, I enjoyed meeting some truly wonderful women.
I was not expecting the amount of pain I underwent for my IUD. The staff were so helpful-- I felt faint and clammy and thry gave me juice and fruit snacks and comforted me. Really appreciate the extra time they took to help me feel better
