Took him an iphone 5s for a straight screen repair. Supposed to be 15-20 minuteand $100. An hour and 15 minutes later; he give my phone back with a broken home button and no touch ID. He tells me he doesn't know what happened but he'll take $15 off for my trouble. $15!!!! Are you kidding me? I have to now pay Apple $79 for the newly calibrated touch ID and home button. Huge waste of time and money!!
