I took my laptop to Evan, he sat down with me, took a look at what was going on and informed me of what he thought was wrong. Ordered the part before I even left. Provided me with an reasonable estimate. Communicated with me when the part arrived and and estimated completion date. This is how a computer repair place should operate. This is first class operation.
So nice and professional had my computer fixed in a couple of days. He even came and picked it up and delivered it back to me because I was house bound with a broken foot. Will definitely recommend to everyone
If you are looking for competence and the extra effort I can give no higher recommendation than Evan and the crew at Computer Extreme. I have had more than a dozen problems fixed quickly and professionally in my network. I even had a problem resolved while Evan was on vacation in another country. If that is not dedicated service I dont know what is. Now if only he could run the government.
