Did make an online appt which saved time with the paperwork but still seemed everybody was first come first serve. Kudos to Kim, first time in a long time that anybody did a thorough assessment but Kim did.

Other then the long wait to be seen, I felt I was treated very well. This was my first time going to urgent care. My doctor was out of the office for the next several days and I felt my symptoms needed to be addressed. Dr. Karter Sell listened to my concerns and discussed each one with me. He was genuinely interested in what I had to say. The associates at the front desk were efficient and friendly and Apryl the nurse who took care of me was also very friendly and listened to my concerns. I received the treatment I needed. I was very pleased with my first visit to a ProMedica Urgent Care.

Normally I have nothing negative to say but this particular visit I wasn’t completely satisfied. I understand it gets busy but I felt so rushed. When the NP was ready to see me, she just walked right in and didn’t knock on the door but I was willing to get over that. I tell her my symptoms and she look at my ears and say she will treat me for an ear infection. I wasn’t having any ear pain but figured we are catching it early. I felt as if my other symptoms were ignored and I received a slip for work and was sent on my way. The staff overall was really nice and friendly and the facility was clean.
