I’ve been coming to this lab for more than a year and it takes 1.5 hours or more just to get one lab drawn. Registration staff is always inefficient and rude. They lose standing lab orders consistently. The slow pace of service is ridiculous. Management needs to do something.

Labs were ordered for my daughter. I called to make sure they were able to pull up the order. The person that answered the phone told me she could “probably look them up” I explained I didn’t want her driving out without verifying the lab orders were in. I asked could she verify this. She said “I guess I can do that but I’m pretty busy right now.” After going back and forth with this individual she finally was able to pull up her name. She was very rude. I asked for her name and she didn’t give it to me. Totally unacceptable.

I went here when I had a fever of 103 and an infection. There were other people in the waiting area so it took a while for them to see me. When I was seen, the care I received was exceptional. I felt they were ultimately concerned with my issues and received great care.
