I was referred to John by a neighbor when a huge old growth oak growing over my house was severely damaged in a storm a month ago. After two other businesses left me hanging with promises but no follow through, I called John, who came out to estimate the job in less than two hours IN THE RAIN, and immediately assessed, provided a good faith quote and committed to a time to do the work. Jumping forward, John and his team came to work when promised, made good progress every day, and had the huge tree totally on the ground in less than 4 days.
