DO NOT use Home Health Care Dynamics for your parent. They hire unprofessional staff and refuse any accountability when staff act poorly. The staff do whatever they want without consequences and they will drop clients who complain. My mother is medically fragile and her aid failed to show up to work for THREE DAYS because she “didn’t feel” like coming. Not only did Home HealthCare Dynamics not even fire or even discipline her, they DROPPED my mother as a client without notice leaving her in a medical crisis. Plus, they’ve been billing Medicare all along. The Allen’s are unethical and dangerous to older, sick people. They just want money.
