He does great work. Walks you through what exercises we're going to do, and how to do them. Good at communicating on how patient is doing and gives list of exercises to do own my own.
Med 1 associates visited me for 2 weeks in July 2026. The nurses were kind, polite and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. Charlie, my PT visited for 2 weeks, made me want to do the exercises, even when I didn't, made sure I remembered the surgical restrictions and reviewed what I was supposed to be doing on my own when he wasn't there. He was efficient yet not pushy. Med 1 really impressed me. God forbid, if something else happens that I need them, they are the ones I want over here.
