After my inital review of this Great Clips the GM of the location reached out to me. He explained that he needed to do a more indepth training with his employees to get them to the proper point of customer care. He apoligized and offered to help with future hair cuts. He was sincere with the training to get his place up to his standards. I will give it another chance.
