Dominic and his team are great. Friendly and efficient. Answered questions every time we saw them. Glad they were here to help with our raccoon issues. Merida win in the office was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails.
The employee who arrived at my home, I believe his name is Dominic, was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process and details of the bat removal process. I will highly recommend him and Critter Control to other potential customers. The only issue I had was will the Columbus office staff. I have spoken with them at least three times and each time I’ve had the same experience. They seem to have little knowledge or information regarding my service and always seem flustered if I ask too many questions.
Just finished today, so I hope all worked, but I can say that the people I interacted with were absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Dominic answered all questions, explained everything, was patient and courteous and was respectful of my property.
