We have used COIT for a couple of years. We are never disappointed by their service technicians and product. We called two days ahead of our need and they had us in. Called two hours before arrival and then arrived a little early. The tech (Jacob) was courteous, kind and very thorough. He helped me get fans in place. The carpet looks brand new and Spots are gone. Very pleased with price and timing!
They do an excellent job and the carpet doesn't take forever to dry. Very nice people to work with!
My service person, Jacob was extremely competent and honest and I would use them again.
