My 2 year old wanted to get her nails done. They quickly got us in for a walk in. After sitting in the chair my daughter got apprehensive and nervous and decided not to do it. The staff didn’t make us feel bad or embarrassed. They were patient with my daughter, gave it a few tries, sent her off with a sucker and no trauma with the experience. Will try again another time. Really appreciated their patience, gentle environment, and care.

Just got my nails done today at California nail inside Franklin Park mall and 4 hours later the corner of my gel’d polish has chipped already 😤….. now I have to go all the way back on the other side of town to get it fixed 😡. Paid $84 dollars for a balance and design…..RIDICULOUS 🤬

And when she decided he picked the wrong color! When finally done he said the total should be 65 , but when I went up to the front desk...read full review
