I called to place a service call and was promptly scheduled within 2 hours of placing the call. The technician Jeff Cousino was the service tech and was absolutely amazing! He had the furnace up and running shortly after arriving. He was friendly, efficient, professional and explained everything. Jeff did a thorough job servicing the a/c. He also told me about the service program for the boiler and a/c. I was very happy to learn about the program and signed up for it. He did a great job!
