Fantastic experience! Mike and crew diagnosed why my furnace when out on a freezing cold day, an determined it was a humidifier water leak. The fixed it pronto and the house was cozy fast. I also had cold spots in the house and they figured out I had a dead end vent which was solved with some duct reconfiguration and problem number 2 was fixed too after the got needed parts. The whole crew was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and on time. They were excellent problem solvers and got my house warm and the furnace working more efficiently in no time. My neighbor had an emergency HVAC furnace and AC issue, that needed fixed immediately in Toledo,Ohio. I gave him Action Heating's name and number. They quickly stopped out, assessed their issue and fixed and repaired it.
The neighbor said within 2 hours their furnace blower was working again. I was very happy to have been able to refer them, because Action is a trustworthy honest and fairly priced company, who stands behind their work and guarantees their products!
Mike came out right away on a Sunday to address my issue. I needed a new furnace. Bo and Isaiah came to install. They were courteous, professional and had the new furnace installed in no time.
