“Outstanding. Masks provided were of good quality. Facility was clean. James at the front desk was friendly, understanding, communicative and compassionate. I neglected to get the name of the NP but she was equally as impressive. Only thing I would change is being able to get a text before you're scheduled to go back so that you can wait outside if busy during a heavy virus season. (This note comes after observing someone very ill who kept pulling down her mask to cough & sneeze.) Recommended, but it's first come, first served so try to go as early as you can, if possible.“

“My oldest son and I visited this provider on November 11, 2025, for a last-minute employment physical scheduled at 5:45 PM. Although we arrived a bit late, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating .... they did not turn us away. Every team member greeted us with a smile and treated us with genuine respect and warmth.

This was the only place willing to schedule us almost immediately, as every other clinic we contacted had appointments weeks out. To reach them, you need to leave a clear and detailed voicemail, and someone will call you back very soon .... they are very responsive.

There was absolutely no sense of discrimination or bias .... only kindness, professionalism, and compassion. We were seen almost immediately, without a long wait. The registration process included a simple form about family size, income, and medical history. While they accept optional donations, there was no pressure to contribute. It’s clear they are truly doing God’s work by helping those experiencing hardship or limited income.

As Red Cross volunteers, we understand and appreciate organizations like this that serve the community with integrity and care. The doctor, a calm and professional gentleman with ginger hair, completed our physicals thoroughly and attentively. His gentle manner and detailed approach reminded me of a youthful, more handsome Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience ... compassionate staff, efficient service, and true dedication to helping others. Highly recommended.“
